Oh. My. God.

[identity profile] technoir.livejournal.com 2006-01-26 01:48 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah that was pretty much my reaction. A pain that had to be shared.

WRONG!!! But terribly funny.

[identity profile] technoir.livejournal.com 2006-01-26 01:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Well you always had to suspect.

[identity profile] virtualmel.livejournal.com 2006-01-26 01:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Yea, now that I think about it...
Skeletor's "castle" was a huge snake, and castle greyskull had that big open mouth for a drawbridge... Hmm...

[identity profile] tomdpimp.livejournal.com 2006-01-26 01:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I expected He-Man to be with Man-at-Arms not Skeletor.

[identity profile] technoir.livejournal.com 2006-01-26 01:52 pm (UTC)(link)
thats in the sequal.

Amused.

Unrelated, but still funny: Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth (http://pc.gamespy.com/articles/682/682450p1.html)

funny.

This sparked a discussion with a co-worker, who believes that:

"Skeletor was just in denial. I don't think He-Man ever had any doubts. But he did try to butch up with his name."

To which I maintained:

"That is true, but we have to remember that He-Man was forced to live a double life. In his political role as prince he felt he had to protect his public image, but as He-Man he was free to express himself."

And no one even blinked. I love my co-workers.

See that was my thinking as well.

You don't even want me to go into Power of Grayskull rifs, I imagine, so let's just pretend I made those jokes and move on.

Way too funny!
