So here is a narrative from a case I worked on today. It amused me.


THE CALLER IS THE BOYFRIEND OF THE OWNER IS CALLING TO APOLOGIZE FOR REPORTING THE VEHICLE OWNER AS DEAD. THE DEALER WILL NOW NOT WORK ON THE VEHICLE. WRITER CALLED THE HOME NUMBER AND VERIFIED THE CUSTOMER IS NOT DEAD.
