me and getting up at 6 in the morning to go to the gym did not happen today. truth is my real problem is I have hard time going to sleep before midnight. If I cant get to sleep till 12:30 and I have to be up at 6 it just is not going to work. I will try after work instead today. i will try again for a morning work out on saturday.
I did not make the gym. Simply put I am to sore after walking the floor for 4 hours give or take. I am going to the gym saturday morning damn it.
