note: Working out at the gym is good. Doing elyptical cross trainer is also good, but doing it to the point my legs hurt some much two days later that I don't want to go work out...not so much a good thing.

Not much new to report here. I have to admit I feel a touch of minor resentment towards the folks who go get burgers or other fast food at work. Not a lot just a twinge of annoyance really cause I cant have the junk. Also went to the gym today and did all cardio for 40 minutes. My next goal is to make 350 and loose another size in pants by the end of march. Hopefully I will make it sooner but that is the next step. If I keep this up I may even be shopping for close at kmart by the end of the year. I know it sounds weird but until you are forced to only buy clothes at a big and tall shop you wont understand.

I did not eat the best stuff yesterday but I did keep the bad stuff low enough to not throw my calorie count off at least. On a side note I am experiencing a pretty much constant back pain. I believe dear old mom is correct when she suggests it is due to me being on my feet alot more now. I am carrying my weight differently and it is causing my back to hurt. I am still trying to find a solution to this.

So yesterdays exercise was bench presses at 130 lbs, tricep machine at 70 lbs, crunches 40 at a 80 lbs, walking for a mile, and finally 15 minutes on the exercycle. Today I did less well I did the crunches and got about half a mile into the walking when my knee started hurting. As I have to walk for roughly 4 hours I decided to stop. I will be going back to the gym Saturday. The getting up in the morning on my early at work days to go to the gym before work is not going to happen as I have to get up at 6 to do it and I am not likely to do that.

So i made it to the gym today. I pulled 20 minutes on the exercise cycle. I did 3 sets of 20 reps on the crunch machine at 50lbs tension and walking a mile. I just weighed myself and I am at 397 lbs. I suspect it is goign to flucuate some more so I am not putting to much stock in that number.
