So I hit the gym tonight as well as my normal morning workout. I have to say I enjoyed the workout right after work. it made me feel like i was burning but in a good way. I honestly cant describe it better than that. I have had trainers down at the gym make a point of stopping by when I work out and tell em they were impressed with my progress. I have to admit that feels good to hear that. Your friends want to find something nice to say to you sometimes. That is not to say I don't appreciate it when my friends point out they like what I am doing with myself, cause it does mean a lot to me. It is different though when you have some one you don't know really and whose job is fitness tell you they can tell your doing some good.

I have been going every morning give or take. I may miss one in a while or if I am out of town but over all I am there every morning no matter how tired or annoyed I am at getting up so early. I do my work out and over all I feel better for the rest of the day. Always I am there from 45 minutes to an hour. My after work work out is going to be about the same.

One thing that was different though. about 10 minutes after I stopped I became voraciously hungry. Probably due to the sudden use energy in what is normally my power down time. Who knows. I need to address that though. i will probably not be doing the second visit every day but I am going to do that most days.
