(no subject)

So just before I left for work the ceilings in my apartment started to pour water. Not drip but pour water into the hall and into the living room. I went up stairs and got the folks up stairs to stop the their washing machine which is the source of the leak. I have been in the apartment for less than a month. This is not an encouraging sign. I called the landlord and left a message. To make matters worse the initial leak was disturbingly close to my book shelf.
