Is it bad that I dont want to be seen at a larp till I loose more weight? I dread being back in costume at this point.

How about this:

If you show up, weight and all, I'll still be happy to see you. When I see you next, I can note how much more weight you've lost since I last saw you.

And no matter what, I'll still be happy to see you.

Just sounds like incentive to me.
That being said, go anyway if you want. :)

I know. The people who are my real friends don't care if I am fat. It does not change their being happy to have me around and vice versa. Sadly though what ate at a good portion of my floon towards the end of last season was I don't like how I look at larps right now. Piotyr in my head looks different than what I look like right now. I am not saying I wont show up till I am all thin and stuff. I am not willing to give up larps for 2 years. It is bothering me right now though. No that is not why i am not coming down this weekend. That has more do to me having other things on my plate right now. I will be down later this month though to meet with my fellow 5 kingdoms plot homies. Maybe we can get together for a dinner or something.

it is at least one reason I began the diet. The main reason was health, but a portion of it was i felt...wrong at larps.

Just as long as you remember that it's who you are inside that we love, then how you look really doesn't matter. *asides from health but you know what i mean*

Come one down!

I can understand where you're coming from. Part of my motivation to get in shape is so I can be the bad ass fighter chick image I have in my head and look better in my GARF costuming this year. I also need to ditch the weight I gained from meds for health reasons, and it's been tricky for me. Seeing your progress is helping me stick to my changes, actually.

I think everyone understands this boss. I would personally suggest not waiting unitl you reach the image in your head, because that could be a way off, but go ahead and take a break, give it 6 mo or so then come back to the fold in June or there abouts.

And most importantly, remember that we love you no matter what. I personally just like talking to you. You have the coolest characters.

I just enjoy role-playing with you. I'm glad you're changing your lifestyle, but that's mostly because I worry about your health.

And you're doing it! You're making changes and you're making progress! I'm so, so proud of you!

thanks doll. I will still be coming to events. I am just tired of feeling self concious about the whole weight thing.

Are any of these other 'issues' anything that I should know about?
