These idiots have done this before. Don't let them hurt your "faith in human goodwill." You are also human, lots of decent people are. The existence of outrageously offensive jerks is nothing new. They are fighting dirty and fighting a losing battle. The world is moving on without them.

Not to say I am not outraged, but don't let every new example of evil ruin your view of the world. "Losing faith in human goodwill" always smacks of giving up.
