Can say I am happy. I am back up to 450. I knew I had gone up but it is pretty depressing to see how much. It really makes me unhappy but I will bear up. I am posting counts here but behind cuts so as to not annoy those who don't care. It is pretty much starting over. My goal is 430 by the end of august. The first few days will be rough as I get serious about limiting the calorie count. Today was lower than tomorrow will be. I am setting 2500 a day as the limit. Once I acclimate to the change in calories I am back on the exercise routine.
One day at a time I guess.

Anything I ask may sound like criticism but I'm just trying to help (really!) so I will ask ... do you weigh your cheerios? I ask because a friend was wondering why his weight loss was so slow but he was counting calories, and I pointed out that the bowl of cereal (30gms) he had on his list, is for one of those tiny boxes you get at some hotel/breakfast bar, and I usually need two of those to get a real bowl of cereal ... and my friend was actually eating the equivalent of THREE portions in his breakfast bowl each morning ...
... not saying you should eat less, but if the weight drops off slower, then one of the things that was doing it for me was portion size (I'm rubbish at guessing what is the right size for a portion of cheese or cereal etc.)
I don't know if it helps, but I bounced up 15 pounds in two weeks, then went back on the Very Low Calorie diet and dropped 19 pounds in a week! I'm now back at losing 60 pounds this year ... but still another 26 to go to target ... good luck!
