There are many obvious great and memorable lines from that sketch. One of my favorites is one of the more subtle exchanges at the beginning. "Hello, Miss?"
"Miss??"
"Nevermind. I have a cold."

Huh??? LOVE IT.

Thanks! I have the audio of this around somewhere that I listen to from time to time, but this is the first time I've actually watched it in I don't know how long. Despite having the flying Circus DVD set at home somewhere.
