The Doctor
A brief review.
I promise no spoilers.
First off Christopher Eccleston is the new doctor. If you want to see his work watch 28 days later or The Others. He gets the sense of humor mixed with the dark side of the doctor well mixed. Unlike previous incarnations he does not have the horribly antiquated clothing thing going. He of course picks up a companion cause all the doctor incarnations need a companion. The one he gets looks promising. The tardis is back with only a slight update. The story in the first episode has the certain level of absurdity that fans have enjoyed for years. The effects have certainly improved from the ones we have seen before but not at the expense of the flavor and feel of the show. All in all I like the new show and hope it continues.
