Very nicely done. Nothing in it indicates it is a fake. It of course is but you cant tell from any thing in the site or its links.

They were really good at crafting it. I checked on the hospital, it exists, and there is also a Dillards in Boise, Idaho.

Tried finding the news articles online, no luck so far.
