I recently read an article in men's health about caloric intake.
Apparently most men, especially the larger ones, have an ability to burn about 10 times the amount of calories in a day than normal if they change one aspect of thier diet the day before.
Double your average caloric intake on the friday of an event or something, and saturday you'll burn off a heaping asston of calories, though sunday you will return to normal. Do it once a week, and you're usually on the plus side of the calorie war.
