Charlton Heston's death
Politics aside, he was a good actor. He portrayed great men and did so in his own larger than life manner. He was large man and had a booming voice. He seemed power through every thing he did. HE made movies I liked. He left a mark. His movie making had stopped a few years back, but his presence on screen has brought me enjoyment. I now want to watch Soylent Green again or maybe Ben Hur.
