I did not eat much though it was big cookie and I am estimating on the calorie intake on it. I dont think it is much more than that though. I hit the gym again and did more strength traing this time. 3 set of bench presses at 130 20 reps, 3 sets of curls 70 lbs with 15 reps, and 3 sets of leg presses at 220 for 15 reps which I did not hardly feel at all. I also did more work on the crunch machine and the weight was at 80lbs with 3 sets and 20 reps. Also i walked a mile. My soreness is on my chest.

Condracostal muscles, if memory serves. The hurt like hell when you pull them, and it takes a long time for the pain to go away. Take it easy. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Geebus, you sound like a machine. Would you consider yourself pretty strong?

Nothing on that least really pushed my range. The repetition was more responsible for the pain than the weights. I am not body builder strong but I am no slouch. I have never hit my leg press weight limit but I am also cautious and don't put myself in positions where I will hurt myself. I have gone over 400 in the past.
