Not much new to report here. I have to admit I feel a touch of minor resentment towards the folks who go get burgers or other fast food at work. Not a lot just a twinge of annoyance really cause I cant have the junk. Also went to the gym today and did all cardio for 40 minutes. My next goal is to make 350 and loose another size in pants by the end of march. Hopefully I will make it sooner but that is the next step. If I keep this up I may even be shopping for close at kmart by the end of the year. I know it sounds weird but until you are forced to only buy clothes at a big and tall shop you wont understand.

Some ideas for next time -
Try two percent in the mashed potatoes and/or far free sour cream, or even plain yogurt.
Get a cheap nonstick grill pan. I swear by mine. A London broil, grilled over very high heat, sliced against the grain, served with lemon wedges, will kill that beef hankering real quick.
Instead of garlic bread, try bruscetta - I'll post the recipe in my own (horridly negelected) blog tomorrow.
Can't wait to see how it's going. Hang in there.
