Still, under 2000 calories, and if you're getting any extra exercise, then that's a day to put down in the "not bad" column :-)

Slightly lacking in fruit and veg though .... one of the things they assure me is that putting more fruit and veg in the diet, and taking out some of the bread and sugar, will mean feeling more awake and more active ... I really must work on that ...

... we get free fruit at work, but I don't get in until everyone else has reduced the fruit bowl to a dust bowl so that's not really helping me :0-(
