So this weekend diet wiser went poorly. I stepped off the wagon with the excuse of hanging out with friends. I need to work on hanging with my friends and not eating bad. I went up in weight according to the scales to 387. I am a little depressed at this. I will be trying to stay more focused this week diet wise and try and regain lost ground.

I hear you and I sympathise.
I was at a con this weekend and I ate badly (though part of the bad was eating too little at times, which is bad for my blood sugar).
A big cooked breakfast every morning, but then eating poorly the rest of the time.
Friday I had the cooked breakfast, and basically nothing for the rest of the day.
Saturday I had the cooked breakfast, and a small ham sandwich at 7:45pm
Sunday I had the cooked breakfast, a baked potato with butter, cheese and beans at lunch, and a quarter of a chicken club sandwich around midnight (plus a few "chips" (pringles), and a hot chocolate sometime in the afternoon.
Today I had the cooked breakfast ... and that's it (I'll be going to bed shortly).
The cooked breakfast (at the hotel) consisted of
First pass:
cereal (frosties, corn flakes and rice crispies mixed, plus grapefruit and fresh fruit salad on top, with milk), tea (with splenda), toast (wholemeal, with butter)
Second pass:
bacon (two slices), eggs (one or two fried eggs plus some scrambled egg), a sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, a tomato, half a slice of fried bread and some sliced potato. And the remainder of the toast (in total two to three slices of bread toasted)
Plus three small glasses of orange juice.
So the breakfast had a fair chunk of calories, but then I kept active for the rest of the day on diet coke and lots of water ...though possibly not enough!
