Well work is as expected. Much of the same old thing here. The technical info is not so thick and the customer service side I know inside out. Grandma is being great. Every nigth so far I come home to the apartment in the basement and find dinner waiting for me in a microve dish. All things concidered I could do far worse than home cooked meals all the time. Eventually I will need to get my own place again but for now it is nice to have family to fall back on.

I also find myself training my body clock back to third shift as this is when they will want me for here. It is odd and even more isolating than I am used to. In previous jobs on third shift I had at least a few friends who were up to the wee hours. Now a days those I know are long distance.

I may go hang with my old friend Mendel some this week end and get back in touch with my inner Tech geek. We used to mess with out of date computers for fun and he has a huge collection of them now. I may steal one off him for play puposes. He keeps talking about his damn near indestructable portables....hmm combat tech gear....fun.

Still looking for job. Funeral went well. Bummed I missed the last game. What schedule (days) did you get and will we be seeing you at the games?

I am probably getting third shift, but that is about all I know. they apparently change schedules every 2 weeks or something like that. I am doing 2 to 10:30 for the next 3 weeks on Mon thru fri. I will be at the next event but maybe a little late.
