Today did another of the push my endurance workouts. I start on the exercise bike as my warm up for a mile. Then I hit the eliptical crosstrainer to push my heart rate to near 150 for about 10 mintutes. Then it is the 1 mile treadmill walk which I did at 19 minutes today so I had a pretty good pace through out. Once I am more comfortable with that i may increase that to two miles but I am wiped out after that set right now so adding another mile may be a little bit off.

My calorie intake for yesterday.

Excellent! I'm feeling pretty good about my 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike. We're both doing really well. ;~)

good on you. I would say try the elipticle cross trainer but I am pretty sure it may kill you despite its "low impact" on joints.

Thanks. One of my many little goals is to not ever miss a module because I cant keep up with people on it. it is a geeky goal but it is a goal.

I don't think that I'm quite ready for that one. Yet. It might be worth a try when I can persuade myself to afford the time and money to go to a gym. Maybe when I get that new job...
