It's from Faux New's answer to The Daily Show, the Half Hour News Hour. It's budget must be a whole $50, or they spent so much paying Rush and AngryStickFigure to come on it that they had no money left over to bring in a real studio audience. Of course it is possible that they just can't find enough people who want to watch that dreck, or they want to guarantee no one will boo them. *lol*
