Grandma:You know I used to work as a border guard for immigration in Texas.

Me: I remember you mentioning that. It must have been interesting.

Grandma: Why yes it was I got to meet such interesting people. You know I even met Cary Grant once back then. He was so handsome.

Me: Cary Grant! thats awsome, what was he like?

Grandma: well he was tan and very good looking, he invited me and my roommate to come up to his room that night. We didn't go cause a proper girl didn't go to married mans hotel room back then.

Me: Grandma are you telling me Cary Grant was macking on you?

Grandma: oh yes I was quite a looker back then. It was a shame he was married.

Me: well that just about makes for a day of revalations.

she is pretty cool. She was a marine during world war 2. She got to train aviators in celestial navagation. She has had a really interesting life.
