So I ate a couple of things not in the normal rotation but, the calorie count was still well below goal. Stretching is working some. My back and feet in particular are really actually in pain. The legs are sore but I am working that out.

The optima shakes don't suck. I would do actual breakfast in the morning, but I don't have time usually and they work for an on the run sort of thing.

As to the cheese curls the ones in the vending machine at work are a particular weakness for me.

I get my lean cuisines at harris teeter but they were not doing their sale when i was in their last.
