So i have to say that Michael Moore is as embarrasing to me as a spokesman for the liberal establishment as say Pat Robertson must be to the conservative side. I have watched bowling for Columbine and find him vaguely offensive in about half of it and watching him chase Charlton Heston with a picture of a girl who had been shot almost sickening.

This is not to say I disagree with him on all points but he goes to far and he lacks any class while persueing his cause.

Well, to be honest... thats very effective. I mean, Pat Robertson gets the morons roused and that gets things done. Im glad to see liberals acting like bastards. Its so cliche to say that nice guys finish last, but its unfortunately the truth. There is a cultural war being waged at the moment in this country, and for some reason our side seems unwilling to really mobilize. At least, thats how I see it.

There is a difference between standing up for what you believe and being so much of an ass as to loose the message in it. michael Moore believes somehow it is his responsability to confront the right with "their lies" fine do that. Show real facts and you make your point nicely. Show the picture of rumsfeld shaking hands with saddam back in the eighties. But there is a big leap between that and chasing an old man around his home with a picture of a dead girl. If someone did that to me i probably would nock them on their ass but I am not in my mid eighties.

Shocking makes the papers. All the platitudes and right thinking wont go anywhere without assholes like Michael Moore stirring the pot. Sadly they just aren't newsworthy, or at least not mainstream newsworthy.

He had the audience, he could have stopped with showing charlton heston leaving and not coming back and made his point. He went to far as he often does. The part I find irritating is he appears to think he is somehow wise or superior.
