Erick Wujcik has finally lost his fight with cancer and passed on. I am sad to hear he is gone but at least there is no pain for him anymore.

I actually was in a roleplaying game with him once. It was a spontaneous one shot game at a party. He was GM, and the other players included a game designer from Maxis, a software engineer, and a professional vocal percussionist. We played a startup who accidentally discovered zero point energy, then took it to Africa to run power plants and became millionaires. It is officially my dorkiest story ever, and I will always have fond memories of it.
