okay for those not paying attention. Watch CSPAN. Right now Dennis Kocinich is moving on the floor of congress for the impeachment of president Bush. He is up to article twenty three on the bill listing the grievances as I write this. Basically each article concentrates on Bushes violations of constitutional law and the Geneva convention.

Right now he is moving on to the violations of posse comitatus. Can't see this kind of thing normally.

He has been urging for this for months. I am glad that he is doing it. It might not get anywhere but its good for the issue to be officially investigated.

Unfortunately, he'll never get anywhere with it. Still, as others have said, it's good to get it out in the public eye.

This is fairly common. There's always someone in congress who will move to impeach the president. Nothing will come of it.

I find it odd that after going over the C-Span site, CNN, and MSNBC, I can't find any mention of this at all. Sad. Maybe if it had a little better coverage the idea could build up some momentum.
