Rest In Pieace
Br. Saul Mithrais Alstrom

my constant alter ego for 7 years and the little bit of me i concider a hero foinally had his heroes deathsaturday night. Yes he is a fictional charicter but it is very wierd to say goodbye to him after all this time. Kind of like burial for a friend.

he died well.

Heroes dont get to ask more than that.

to Big Brother

Saul was there when Garrison arrived on the island, and was there when he was buried. He had also been the one thing that Killian could always count on being there or anything. May he rest well and long, for if anyone has earned it, he has.

You had better show back up at SI my friend.

I'm sorry to hear that Saul has passed on. He was an incredible character and I can understand how it's like losing a friend. When you put on the mantle of a character for so long...they always remain a part of us. At least he died as he lived...a hero.

*hugs*

My biggest regret is not having all the people around who would remember him there. Cant have it all though.

Wow. I wish I knew what to say to ya man. I'm sorry that you've lost someone that you love. I know that if I lost Seneca, I'd probably be a wreck for a loooong time. Just perming temporarily at the Atlanta event screwed with my head.

He bleeds into me just a little, and I bleed into him. That's why it's so hard sometimes to react like Billy at events, and act like Seneca in real life. A lot of people do that when they've got a long standing character.

Keep his thoughts with ya. They may come in handy some day. ;)

Carrying our charicters like totems to deal with the real world. An interesting notion.

You had a good run as Saul. Relish the story up throught the end. It's a good tale.

I like thinking of it as a fantasy novel. In that Saul is the older warrior and mentor who dies as a point of transition for the newer heroes to rise up and become what they need to be.
