Typically sloppy and incomplete reporting. Said "rocket launcher" is clarified in later reports. Its the housing of a AT4 rocket type piece of ordinance. And initial examination suggests its the non-explosive training type model. If its the ones we used, I've seen these training models occasionally available on the public market as collector's items.

I was trying to make a bong out of the thing, but I got so stoned I forgot about it and decided to build a model train set instead. (whisper, whisper whisper.) I've just been told that I don't smoke marijuana, so that couldn't possibly have been me - or if it was then it had to be oregano. Yeah, I must've been making an oregano bong. That's it. Sorry.
