Been hitting the gym again this week. I am haiting how my back feels and my knees are still abit wobbly but I am getting some work in and thats what counts. A mile everyday at least and some time on the weights. I am trying to get my tiome down on that mile and then I will add a second mile. The exercise bike is still broken or I would alternate with it. next week I am going to start alternating with the ellipticals.
