Waited in line 2 hours and seems I got lucky--the national news was running a story last night about the long lines in the Atlanta area. Like, 8-hour-wait long lines.

10 minutes for me. At 6pm. About half of that was process time, the other was actually going through and rereading the amendments on the ballot and pondering them.
