Woot. There is obviously some conditioned response in loving snow days, but also there is something just beautiful in snow. The HR guy at work pretty much said that if there was snow on the ground then the office will be closed so I get a snow day and a new president. I am going to make myself some nice warm oatmeal and enjoy this.

Bah. That ain't snow. It's snowed every day this week, and there are piles of the stuff two stories tall in parking lots out here. THAT'S snow. I just wish that I hadn't been chicken and gone to the NERO event they help out here on January 5, in 20 degree weather, when 5 inches of snow was falling. Yep. They still LARPed. Dude.

Hey, I've done that. Snowball fights with chitterlings at SI were the kind of pure fun that you just can't plot in a LARP.

I must say, after seeing your post last night and the news saying that it MIGHT snow, made me think you were a wishful person.

Seeing the snow outside this morning (3 inches) and that it is not supposed to go above freezing, plus it is supposed to snow all day long, makes me think you have connections, my friend.
