So I have tried to call them on my break and been told to leave a message and they will call me back. I tried to explain that I am in a call center and i cant take calls. They tell me I have to take care of it before the end of buisness today. The receptionist says they will have to call me back. I hate this. I want to do the right thing but these people are treating me like crap.

FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION
Staff Commentary on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Section: NEW COMMENTS BASED ON RECENT STAFF LETTERS TO ATTORNEYS
A student loan is a "debt" covered by the FDCPA;(8) however, alimony, tort claims, and non-pecuniary obligations are not covered.(9)
A salaried attorney who collects debts on behalf of, and in the name of, his creditor employer,(10) and a state educational agency that collects student loans,(11) are exempt from coverage by the FDCPA
So I think unlessyou are being contacted directly by a salaried attorney, then you can tell them they are in violation of the FDCPA.

of course the agreement presupposes 108 months of payments.
But hey after making 12 months they will stop with holding my taxes and i could get student loans again to go to school.
Isn't that lovely.
oh well it is better than nothing.
just fucking shoot me.
I am so tired of dealing with this. I am 32 years old. I should be looking at maybe finding a house not looking over my shoulder to see what else is going to try and pull the rug out from under me.
