Review the questions asked, and then ask yourself how valuable some of that would be to certain companies. You gave your zip code, salary and education level in addition to your e-mail address.
Thats why I maintain a spam email address. I give it to anything that I suspect my sell my info. my hotmail is used for this. it is a simple thing and cost nothing not even very much time.
