my grandmother was in an auto accident yesterday afternoon. She is going in to surgery this morning for repairs to her collar bone. and ankle. There is also some concern her heart may have been bruised. The car was totaled. My mom is talking about coming over. Grandpa(the most hateful man known to live) is at home waiting.

Today is a bad day.

Oooo ... I am really sorry. Be very careful with the heart-bruising; if she feels odd or thinks there's any residual damage after she's released, don't take "pish tosh, nothing wrong" for an answer from a doc. Insist on someone taking that seriously.

Anyway, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your grandmother.
