Ice water cuts my hunger pangs. Filling up on it helps head of cravings.

There is a chocolate that I could not find the calorie count on but it was awful smal so i find it hard to believe it has more than 50 calories.

Learn to make do with artificial sweeteners in your tea. Those extra calories add up. Keeping up the water intake is a good thing. Not only does it help fill you up, it helps flush toxins out of your body.

splenda in particular breaks down into some toxic substances and has been shown in large quantities to cause problems with the thalmus. Not saying it is all bad in moderation but all things in moderation.

The problem I find with drinking water (I drink 12+ cups a day) is that not only does it flush out all the toxins, it flushes out the foods in my stomach and I eat/snack/graze more. I've started adding more proteins to see if that helps.
