Ice water cuts my hunger pangs. Filling up on it helps head of cravings.

There is a chocolate that I could not find the calorie count on but it was awful smal so i find it hard to believe it has more than 50 calories.

interestingly I got to go with the yogurt on this one. One it gets my dose of sweet out which if I did not have some sweet I would crave it something awful also yogurt is amazingly healthy for you. Yes most store bought has more sugar bu the rest of the effects are pretty positive.

first it is high in calcium which helps so many thing. It also is a pretty good source of protein. The bacteria it has in it also helps your intestinal tract health. The lactic acid in it aids in digestion of calcium as well(according to a couple of sources).
