Ice water cuts my hunger pangs. Filling up on it helps head of cravings.

There is a chocolate that I could not find the calorie count on but it was awful smal so i find it hard to believe it has more than 50 calories.

again cut for those not interested

Yeah I will look this weekend for a better brand of yogurt. I picked up yoplait cause it was cheap.

I am taking vitamin suppliments.

Yay vitamins! :) They don't have much calcium in them, though, so it's good that you're getting it from other sources.

I have to admit that Yoplait is my favorite brand, taste-wise. I just wish they didn't put the bad corn syrup in there. I tend to alternate between the not-as-healthy Yoplait and the organic brands, which are probably more expensive - but they have inulin, a fiber that's supposed to help you absorb calcium. There's also a regular brand that has a line of natural yogurts - I think it's Dannon, but not sure.

And as for the eggs, you could always boil them a dozen at a time, then you wouldn't have to worry about cooking them in the morning. If you like them boiled (I recommend pepper). :)
