Okay I expected more but as i enter in what I actually ate I have agree this is close to what it should be calorie count yesterday. I ate out yesterday at ryans with adam and lara. It is one of my 4 eat outs for the month so not terribly concerned.

OK, then you need to remember that restaurants serve larger than average portions, and if the chicken is battered, you need to add calories equivalent to an extra bread roll. You also have to figure in more fat, as it gets absorbed into the batter while cooking. Still, keeping track is a Good Thing.
