Blue cheese a D? Feh. That's one those ingredients so pungent that a little goes a long way.

agreed. It does not take much blue cheese crumbles for my salad. I am trying to reproduce a salad I had at outback and loved. Still trying to figure out what kind of nuts they had on the salad.
