Yumm - tangerines!! I could eat those all day!! Yep - I think smoothies are really designed to give you some protein and carbs more than be good for calorie watchin. Better than skipping breakfast though! Bkfst lets your metabolism know that there is no need to store fat. It also kept me from passing out when I worked out - should probably go back to proteins shakes. You are doing so good!!

I tried a different one this morning and checked the calories on it before ordering it is only around 230 calories with the same burner proteins in it so a better match for after workout.
