The Basics of the Game is now listed on iTunes. If you use iTunes you can download it there and hopefully rate it well. I do need some album art for my podcast. If someone wants to help me out that I would be ever grateful and glad ly list you as a credit on the show feed.

Exercise bikes very dramatically on the difficulty depending on the type. I did one that is more traditional in position and seat style yesterday and did a couple of miles on it and got my heart rate up but it did not really push my muscles. I ended up doing some walking afterwards for mile as more of a work out. I sat in an inclined bike today and it annihilated my legs over the same distance.

I liked our traditional exercise bike when I was trying to get in shape before getting pregnant. It didn't do much for my muscles either, but I really wanted it for heart rate anyway. But if you want it to be harder and don't have an inclined bike available, maybe you can increase the "slope" - ours had a dial you could turn that made it harder to pedal, to simulate biking uphill. It got really hard on the high settings.
