I think I forgot something but I am not sure what. I walked 2 miles in 40 minutes at the gyme today. That felt good. I will sometime soon try and maintain at that speed for a full hour. Then I will work on increasing the speed. Red lobster was worse than baskin robins for me. Who knew?
(By the way yes i know it is not an accurate statement and it has to do with what I chose to eat where)
