Hey guys i weighed in tonight. It was 350.2 pounds. That places me at 62 pounds or so lost since the beginning of the year. just saying.

Fantastic! And you're well ahead of mkillingworth so that's a good thing too :-)

Wednesday was going great but that steak sub sort of sunk it :-) ... that's one of the things I need to be better about, letting one really bad/high-cal item push me over the win/lose line for the day.
