the good news is that you are still tracking your calories and know that this is a bad day, this means you're not fooling yourself (or others) and that you still have a good appreciation of what is a "good" food and what is a "bad" one
(for me a bad one is one that gives a lot more calories than the pleasure it gives ... so a small amount of ice cream is good, while a McDs cheeseburger is bad. The cheeseburger is bad in that there's a lot of calories, fat and carbs, but there's not a lot of "food" so it is almost mandatory to eat other things along with it, all of which are also bad ....)
