Looks like a lot of fun - some good "ground rules" for zombies, and some interesting puzzles. Reminds me more of "The Cell" by Stephen King than anything else.

Thinking of setting up a resistance cell here... Terminus Station, her we come. Hmm. If was was setting up a zombie-proof fortress in Atlanta, where would I go?

heh. Out of the city.

there is lots of defensible places in atlanta, but not many with a good access to food and water. Escape population density and pick someplace remote with water access.

The mountains.

For safety, yes. But there's a prize down here we have either raid or keep out of the Pastor's hands - the CDC. Need to stick as close as we can to deal with that.

And heck, nobody's got access to water at all down here anyway.

a month at best is all you get in that kind of situation. Up on a mountain up in the Appalachians, you can get food and water and stay out of hot zones. Heroism is great if tempered with practicality. if you had supplies of water and food you could hold up in a tower somewhere and hold it for a good long while, but that aint the case in the atl and hitting the streets would be suicide given population densities. better to get clear of the whole mess and hold up some place safe. Get together maybe a few hundred folks with proper supplies and then maybe come back for CDC.

If you have to stick around for the CDC then I say bomb the hell out of it. You probably wont crack containment, but it may make it so no one else can get in. Then get clear of one the largest concentrations of populations in the south. Staying is asking for death.

Yeah, but a month is all we need...

The Pastor is too worrisome to risk the CDC. Even if the CDC has done zip to figue out what's going on, putting anthrax, smallpox, or even a nasty flu bug on top of a regular zombie is a death sentance for every other human. Blood-borne zombisim is bad; an airborne incapacitating disease makes it impossible. If there's anything we've learned from gaming, it's cut short the BBG's evil plans before they bear fruit, not after.

The rest of the world's down anyways. Might as well make my death mean something.
