Those chick-fil-a breakfast items may be yummy, but 823 calories for breakfast is a bad start (I should talk, yesterday I had a large brown multigrain soft roll ("bap") with two slices of bacon, a fried egg, mushrooms, fried tomato, the roll was buttered and had ketchup and HP brown sauce, plus a cup of fresh orange juice ... total cost nearly $9, total calories, approx $BIGNUM) ... bad me.

You've done so well on other days, I assume the last couple of days have been problematic and I hope whatever stresses etc. you're going through get sorted out (mine too!)
