First the weigh in. Well either some one cut something off me or there may be some weight variation. 439.8 is todays weigh in. As to the count I cam in solidly under my 2500 goal so good there. I did have some low blood sugar moments here and there but that will go away as i get used to eating less.

And for the record I am sorry I blew up.

For the record, I don't think you should have to apologize for being upset. It's terribly rude of people to undermine the efforts you're making (and hell, at least you're trying, that's a lot more than can be said for a lot of people) and getting upset with them is, in my opinion, totally justified.
