So weighing in at 430.6. There has been some going back and forth on what time to weigh in. So, I weighed in the morning and in the evening and there was a pound of difference. I checked online and there is some back and forth there. I have had multiple people tell me different things. I say evening is probably best. It is when I post so weighing in just before I post is a convenient and simple plan. I am going to get the oil changed in the car tomorrow and go gaming but before all that I am going for a mile walk. I may do it on a treadmill but I am going. I have done the week of dropping calories. Time to up the activity.

I don't think it particularly matters when you weigh, since you're really looking for a trend anyway, rather than exact numbers. So going with what's convenient is probably a good idea.
