"When the doctor re-entered with results of those tests, he said, “Mr. Kelly, you are not a well man. Your lung function is only 34%, the OR Hospital x-rays from your first admit (9/29) showed some suspicious areas in the lower part of both lungs, while the x-rays we just took, show suspicious areas in the middle part of the lungs. Your upper chambers of your heart are enlarged while the lower chambers appear smaller than normal. Do you have a living will?” Daddy said yes. “What are your wishes if your heart should stop, sir?” Daddy said, “I have a DNR order.” Dr. DiMeo said, “So noted.” "
