So I have tried to call them on my break and been told to leave a message and they will call me back. I tried to explain that I am in a call center and i cant take calls. They tell me I have to take care of it before the end of buisness today. The receptionist says they will have to call me back. I hate this. I want to do the right thing but these people are treating me like crap.

What they are doing is harassing you, and I believe it's illegal. Try mentioning the letters "F", "T", and "C" and see how they react.

I know the rules for collection is different in student loans. But I will try and get them to back off.
